Caryl Mechanicals, Inc. originated from a 50-year old, family run HVAC and Electrical company in Syracuse, NY and began operations in the Charlotte area when Tom and Libby Caryl moved to NC in 1997. Over the past 14+ years, Caryl Mechanicals has built a strong reputation in the new construction arena due to our commitment to deliver first-class workmanship to our builders in a time-effective manner.

In October of 2006, Matt Walker purchased the company and split the HVAC and Electrical Divisions into two entirely separate companies, Caryl Mechanicals II, Inc. and Caryl Electrical II, Inc. Tom and Libby Caryl have remained with the company and are currently running the day-to-day operations of Caryl Electrical II.

Caryl Mechanicals II, Inc. continues to aggressively expand its operations and has greatly increased its presence in the service and replacement markets in the greater Charlotte area while building upon the foundation set by our new construction presence. We continue to be intensely focused on customer satisfaction as it will always be priority #1 in all facets of our operation.

Caryl Mechanicals II, Inc. is an Accredited Business with the Better Business Bureau – Southern Piedmont Chapter. We are also members of the Union County Chamber of Commerce, The Homebuilders Association of Charlotte and The Union County Homebuilders Association. In 2006, Caryl Mechanicals II, Inc. was named the Charlotte District Dave Lennox Premier Dealer of the Year.
